Mini cherry cheese cake

2pkg soft cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
24 vanilla round waffle
1 can cherry pie filling

Oven 375

Beat cream cheese,sugar,eggs,lemon juice,vanilla,till light and fluffy
Line muffin paper in muffin pan
Add waffle
Fill cup 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture over waffle
Bake 15 to 20 min till set
Take out of oven,when warm,top each of 1 TBSP cherry filling then chill.

It's so delicious and yummyyyyyyyyyy

Lamb chop meal

serves 4
very quick

4 Lamb chops
a bag of new potatoes
frozen peas

Put the lamb chops in the oven, and the potatoes and peas in a pan.
Easy Baked Enchiladas

8 flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 small can green chilis (optional)
Enchilada Sauce (large can)
1 pkg of Mexicheese
1 small can sliced olives (for garnish)

Brown the ground beef with the onion, add salt, pepper and mix.

Soften the flour tortillas (or corn) in the microwave for about 1/2 minute.  Dip the tortillas in the enchilada sauce, add cheese, a spoonful of the meat and a teaspoon (to taste) of the green chiles (as desired).  Roll the tortilla and tuck the end and stack in a 9"X13" Baking pan or dish (sprayed with Pam and you can line with foil, if you like).  When the pan is full of the filled tortillas, pour the remaining enchilada sauce, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with the olives.
Very Hearty eating!  You can serve with sourcream or other garnish, if you'd like.
Easy Meatloaf

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
green pepper (if desired, chopped finely)
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper (to taste)
ground parsley (or you can use fresh, minced)
about 1/4 cup crushed saltines
1 can tomato sauce or you can use ketchup

In a mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, parsley, salt and pepper, egg, flour and saltine crackers together with your hands, until well mixed.  Grease an 8"X8" (or larger) baking dish or spray with Pam.  Form the meat mixture into a loaf (you can use a loaf pan if you'd like) and place into the greased pan. 
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.  The last 15 minutes of baking time, pour the tomato sauce (or ketchup) over the top of the loaf and garnish with parsley.  Bake for 15 minutes more, until tomato sauce is kind of baked in.
Easy Oven-Baked Barbeque Chicken (tastes way-better than Shake-N-Bake!)

4 chicken breasts (or thighs or even legs)
1 cup milk
1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Wash the chicken parts and dry them well.  Dip each part into the milk and roll in the breaded mixture.

Place coated chicken in a greased or a baking sheet, lined with foil (makes cleanup easy!) sprayed with Pam.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375 Degrees F.  The last 15 minutes, (or while you bake the chicken, Mix 2 cups Barbeque Sauce (I like Bullseye, but any kind with work!) with 1/4 cup Teryaki Sauce.  Whisk together.
In the last 15 minutes of baking time, remove the baking sheet with the chicken from the oven and use a pastry brush, to brush the chicken pieces with the barbeque sauce mixture.  Bake for the remaining 15 minutes.
(Oh by the way, you can use pork or beef for this recipe!)
Deb's Ribs

1 rack of baby back pork ribs (you can use beef, but I prefer pork!)

In a pot of boiling hot water, cut the rack into 1-2 inch pieces (follow the rib line).  Boil for one hour, or until the ribs turn brown.

Grease or spray with Pam, a baking sheet lined with foil.  Place the ribs, meat down in the pan.  In a small bowl, Mix 2 cups of barbeque sauce (I prefer Bullseye) with 1/4 cup Teryaki Sauce.  Use a pastry brush to brush each rib, top and bottom, with the barbeque sauce mixture.  Bake for one hour.
Mom's Chicken Alfredo

2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 stalk broccoli, cut into small 1-inch pieces
1 large tomato, cut into 1/4-inch pieces (for garnish)
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Commercial Alfredo Sauce (2 jars)
1 package egg noodles

Saute the chicken in a saucepan, until it turns white.  At the same time, boil the noodles until almost done.
Grease or spray with Pam an 9"x13" baking pan.  Pour the drained noodles into the pan and fold the chicken in.  Pour the sauce and add cheese and fold in.  Garnish with the broccoli pieces and tomato pieces.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.  Bake at 375 degrees F for one hour.
